 When I started counselling I realized that children are so lost in Hanover Park. Many of them go through so much worse than what I went through as a child. So many of them are holding on to so much pain from their homes. And I’m just so happy that I’ve got the skills to help them where I can, to be there for them. And that I can show them that they have something special in them because someone saw something special in me.

Youth: Youth-in-Action
Adults and youth who have come through the Training and Personal Development Programme are expected to become involved in an aspect of the Community Development Programme geared to break the cycle of crime and violence.
